This store is owned and operated by Eduardo Baños Romero, an individual trading as Zyloba.
Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Zyloba. The easiest way to reach us — for orders, returns or anything else — is by email at info@zyloba.com, and we answer within one business day.
By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before placing an order.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you use is your own.
What we sell — and what these products are not
We sell cosmetic and personal-care devices. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a skin condition, are under dermatological treatment, or are unsure whether a device is right for you, speak to a doctor before using it.
Any results shown or described on this site are illustrative. Skin varies enormously between people, and we do not promise any particular outcome.
Using the products safely
Read the instructions supplied with your device before first use. In particular:
- The pore vacuum should be used at the lowest suction setting first, kept moving across the skin, and used no more than once per week. Holding it still in one place, or using it more often, can leave marks or bruising.
- Do not use our devices on broken, sunburned, irritated or infected skin, or over moles and raised lesions.
- Devices are for personal, external use only.
Damage or injury caused by using a product against these instructions is not our responsibility and is not covered by our refund policy.
Products, images and descriptions
Product images and descriptions are supplied by the manufacturer. We do our best to keep them accurate, but colours, packaging and minor design details can vary between production batches.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue a product at any time.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Prices are exclusive of any taxes or duties that may apply at delivery.
We take reasonable care to price everything correctly. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before shipping and give you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.
Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; our acceptance happens when we send you a shipping confirmation.
Shipping and delivery times
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Orders are fulfilled by our supply partner and typical delivery is 5 to 8 business days from the day you order. Delays caused by carriers, weather or supplier stock are outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the parcel.
Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Please read it before buying. Return instructions and the return address are sent by email once a return is approved.
Accounts and acceptable use
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, or scrape or copy its content without permission.
Our content
All text, layout, graphics and site design are our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
Third-party links and services
Our site may link to third-party sites and use third-party services for payments, reviews and analytics. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under any consumer protection law that applies to you and cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms, and any sale made through this site, are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, where the seller is resident.
This does not take away any protection you have under the law of the place where you live. As a consumer you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country and state of residence, and nothing in these terms — including this clause — limits your right to rely on them.
If you are in the United States, that includes federal consumer-protection law and the consumer-protection statutes of your own state.
