First time buying and using these kind of tools. The vacuum is really strong. The instructions included was really small so i took to youtube to learn how to use it. Best to apply some oil or serum to the face for some slip to reduce friction and causing damage to the skin. I experienced friction when gliding and turned the machine off but the suction remained. By the time i was able to release the tool from my face, a small red mark appeared. This mark faded overnight, so be careful when using it. Happy with the purchase - amazing price
